I am not a fan of being in front of the camera, but it dawned on me recently that I need to do it more often.  My grandmother never allowed many photos of her, & the ones I have now are worth more than any amount of money to me because I lost her when I was 5.  So I decided to do a self-portrait of myself.  I think my kids deserve to have memories of their mother when I’m gone.  (Which is hopefully many years down the road.)  So, this is me.

Spring Mini Session Deadlines | Covington, Ga Photographer

I have some exciting stuff coming up in the next few months.  The spring mini sessions are next month, new branding will be released soon, and I will have the best deal I’ve ever offered for our Grand Opening in April!  I can’t wait to share our plans.

I have been busy working on all my new branding material.  I can’t wait to show you all of the new pretty things I will soon have.  So far, I’ve got my letterhead, thank you cards, and business cards designed.  I hope everybody loves it as much as I do.
The point in this post if to figure out if I should be designing gift cards to go with every thing.  Would there be any interest in these?

Spring Easter Minis | Covington, GA Photographer

We are excited to announce that Spring mini dates have been announced for the Covington, GA area.  Saturday March 24th, and Sunday March 25th, we will have 4 session per day available.  2 morning session, and 2 afternoon sessions per day.  The price will be $50, and will include a 30 minute session, 1 8×10, the digital image of the 8×10, and a private, password protected gallery to view and order from.  We will edit between 5 to 10 images for you to choose from.  If you are interested, please give me at call at 678-369-5688.  The location is to be announced, but will be in the Covington area.

I have been made aware that the Cherry Blossom Festival is the same weekend that I have the minis planned.  I have been asked to reschedule, and am more than happy to do so.  The new dates are March 31st and April 1st.  We do still have some openings, so let me know if you are interested.

Baby Jacob | Covington, GA Newborn Photographer

I rang in my New Year with this little cutie. 

He was born on Christmas Eve, and his session was New Year’s day.  He also happens to be my cousin’s little boy.  I can’t explain how much I love newborns & the way they just snuggle right up to you!  I’ll leave you with a couple more of my favorites because I just can’t help myself. I look forward to being able to work with more newborns this year.

I should be able to announce the spring mini dates either tomorrow or Thursday.  I’ve still got to pin down the exact location, but I’m pretty sure I have the dates figured out.  Stay tuned as we will have limited mini session dates this year!

We are excited to announce that we are now offering Portrait Parties!  This will be a fun day with 2 to 6 friends/families all receiving mini sessions.

The way this will work:

• you have 2 to 6 friends/families sign up to attend your Portrait Party.
• The charge per friend/family is only $35, and they will receive a 25 minute session.
• Within 2 weeks, each participant will be able to view between 5 to 10 edited images in a private, password protected, online gallery.  From there they will be able to order any photos they may choose.
• We will have special package only available to Portrait Party participants!

What you receive:

• For at least 2 participants, you will receive 50% off of a “The Half”  session.
• For at least 4 participants, you will receive a complimentary “The Half” session.
• For having all 6 participants, you will receive a complimentary “The Half” session, and a $50 print credit!
• You will also receive 10% of all participant orders back in the form of print credit!
